West Coast is at much higher risk right now. If the spent fuel pool at Fukishima #4 collapses the west coast is going to get the brunt of it and all of the US is going to see fallout.

Spent fuel pool is cracked and in danger of collapsing and it is full. Some of the rods are supposed to have high levels of plutonium also. It loses water or collapses the resulting fire is going to dump huge amounts of radioactive crap into the air and jet stream.
