turn it on and all it wants to dump the burn pot and not start i was told to do bixby check i have no idea where to go to do that can any body help me solve my problem and get it going it would be appreciated thank you

bixcheck requires a cable,, sounds like switch on ash dump motor not shutting of or ash dump motor brake frozen not coming on
