I don't know the measurements of your wheel but tomorrow I can measure one from a 115 and I expect you have to see if the middle is the same. It has a hole in the center with 4 small holes around it.
If I remember right you were from Minn? what town are you near? If you were close enough I could loan you a wheel to see if it fit and would work before you bought a new one.

I took pictures of that wheel from a 115 so could e-mail them to you but the wheel is 14 inches in diameter- middle hole is 1 1/4 inch and 4 small holes with about 1 3/16 inch between them. Hope that helps you.

Thanks rona, but I talked to mike yesterday. I am going to stop by his place next week and I'll find out if the wheel will work and maybe get one to while I'm at it(if it works). I'll let you all know how it turns out.

Well, I got the newer model wheel yesterday and I have had it installed for over a day now. It does fit and it is working great! Mike told me that the newer wheel does have more volume for every 1 turn. I figured out the volume of my old one and the new one and indeed the new wheel has about 45% more volume. If each point on the adjustment knobs is 6%. then it has 7.5 points more fuel flow. So I adjusted the feed wheel rate back -4. and the exhaust fan +3. That seems to be the sweet spot. It is burning better than ever.

It did jam once today, I am thinking that the feed wheel motor and gearbox are just getting old and it isn't slicing through the pellets. Maybe the pellets are to hard? Should it be able to slice through the pellets?

Anyway, the holes don't plug up any more and it is delivering the right amount of fuel now. If it only jams once in awhile I think I can live with that.

This is great news, Matt. Glad that you solved it. Your findings are now on the BixbyFAQ wiki page at forum.iburncorn.com/wiki/index.php/BixbyFAQ#Feeder_Wheel . Thanks for getting back to us.

Odd, I didn't know Bixby technical support helped me with this. I had the idea to use the newer model wheel. I figured out the volume differences and, in turn, the trimpot knob settings...

None the less, AWESOME to be on the BixbyFAQ, Thank you!

Matt, I thought that Mike at Bixby provided you some advice. I fixed the WIKI. Happy burning.

Well, he did give me a lot of advice about other things. But all he said about the wheel was that the new one has more volume, not how much. He said he has never heard of anyone trying the new wheel in the model 100. Mike was very informative and helpful.

I figured I should update this thread. When I first got that newer wheel it was working great. But now at the beginning of this season I ran into a issue. It seems that the wheel worked great with the pellets I was using last season. Now I am using different pellets (cheaper) and I couldn't lean it out enough. So what I ended up doing was I filled in one of the holes in the wheel with high temp silicon(the red stuff). With my calculations, this makes the newer wheel hold 3% Less fuel volume per turn than the original (vs 45% more before). So now its almost identical to the original wheel and now I have the adjustment knobs at -2 and 0 and it works great again.

Thanks for the update, Matt. Clever trick. I added it to the WIKI here:
