i would try cutting air back until you get overfills, when you go to higher numbers air flow increases automaticly

Follow Blumes advice my settings are exhaust -1 feed rate about + 1.5 if you read the whole thread you'll see I pulled my hair out getting here! Also if I see it building up I do a Manuel dump .i also notice if the outside temp is more than 40 the stove does not like to run well ! A few other people around here burning pellets experienced the same thing and their advice was get it to work and be happy that as close to perfect as it gets ! My other stove a Hartman needs no where the attention the Bixby does I think next year it will keep the garage warm or be sold if it does not behave this winter good luck

Thanks for the advice. I'm currently set at fan 0, feed 3, but had to work tonight so the wife is watching it. Will have more time Wednesday and Thursday to play with the settings. This is the first time I've touched the settings in 5 years.
Thanks again.

ok so now that its cold here here is what happened lastnite I had to run the stove on 4 never do and got the temp to 76 not bad,, then I noticed not much of a flame I guess I should mention -1 Ehaust + 1.5 feedrate all worked good till this AM when it did a Ash dump and took the whole fire away ! Am I right in assuming my feedrate is to low or should I try turning back the exhaust just a little ? Thanks in advance !

I only burn corn so not much help with the pellets but either bump the FR up .5 or lower the EF .5 might do the trick. Do not adjust both, one or the other.
