Grk, I'm not quite sure what you're trying do do, and what graph you're speaking of. Hoping that you can give us another clue or two.

Meanwhile, it sounds like you have a problem with your ash dumping. Very low ash fuels might not leave enough material in your burnpot tocarry your fire through the next cycle. This can be fixed by adjusting the ash dump rate, but if you have a 115 or 110 stove, you'd need to connect your stove to a computer with Bixcheck software as explained here.

First, though, let's start with the easiest thing. Can you verify that the fuel selector switch is set correctly? For pellets, it should be set to Fuel B, Wood.

EDIT: Perhaps it would be best to start a new thread on the subject, so that we don't mess up the present thread on the status of Bixby, the company.

THANK YOU CORNY. TAKING ME AWHILE TO GET BK TO YOU, BECAUSE SOMEONE HERE, WHOM I APPRECIATE THE HELP, SUGGESTED A CHANGE IN OUR DIALS, WHICH WE DID, AND IT HAS BEEN RUNNING AND DUMPING LEAVING FIRE GOING. SO WE HAVEN'T MADE ANY ADJUSTMETNS TO THE COMPUTER. WE HAVE A 115 MAXFIRE.
I WILL START A NEW THREAD, AND ASK FOR ADVICE IF WE START HAVING PROBLEMS. IT SEEMS TO BE RUNNING OK AT THIS TIME, HOWEVER, WE ARE NOT SURE WE ARE GETTING ENOUGH HEAT ON 3 WHICH IT IS SET AT NOW.
THE COMPUTER SETTINGS COMPLETLY CONFUSE ME. AND HUBBY AT TIMES, WE ARE NOT SURE WHERE TO MAKE THE PROPER ADJUSTMENTS. I WILL START A NEW THREAD SOON I AM SURE. HAVE TO GO OUT FOR THE DAY. THANKS SO MUCH FOR HELP.
