I have great respect for diesel mechanics.

I'm wondering if one of the dealers on this site might jump in and offer to send you a loaner board and/or offer to take a look at yours.

All I know about the #3 problem is in the WIKI. I've never had the prob myself. Jet and Tomorokoski, quoted in the WIKI page, were Bixy staff. Jet hardware, and Mr. T software; so that's about the best advice going.

I wish that I could take you further but am running out of rope. Please keep us posted on the prob, and I'll update the WIKI if new info becomes available.

did a quick look at board,didn see any charred surfaces,did notice though where power jumper from igniter board to m/b there is a thing right above it that is square 1 inch in diameter with copper windings that is very warm to touch.will look further for any charred electronics.

Wish I could have done better. The only other simple long shot I can think of is to check all connections. Use contact cleaner if you have it, and make sure that chips are seated firmly in their sockets if they aren't soldered in. Wishing you success.

Try calling Ralph Blume at 717-448-9271 as he does some repairs with the boards.

got boards back hooked all back up,used scematics in bixby manual,got power to lights now bu same thing #3 light still blinking?wont even try to start.
