As a update the software is the same as in the stove so patience and one change at a time.
I think running a thermostat plus seeing temps from 11 degrees to 45 makes adjustments harder to figure out. Maybe easier just to disconnect the thermostat and run manually for a while. When its mild weather or early in the winter its flat hard to keep it right.

I can whole heartedly agree with Rona as it gets cold and stays cold my Bixby runs ok

Yes the new home is tight but I did use the Bixby vent kit. I blame most of my problems on runing it on #1 and using pellets (corn stove), when I turn it to #3 it seams to run better , we have had a few nights in the teens and days in the 20's but as a norm #1 or 2 is as high as we have had to set it. It does run very well with pellets though.

Stove will run fine on 1 for long periods of time as in days or weeks at a time if you want it too. It will have to be adjusted. If you have cable it makes it easier because you can look at the percentages.

Got cable? 2&3 blinks are easy to fix.

---------------------------
About lean burn threshold adjustments
---------------------------
Sets the sensitivity threshold used to determine when the
stove will enter lean burn recovery mode. This is a percentage
of the dynamically calculated drop limit value that is printed
in Telemetry. The drop limit determines the amount the exhaust
temperature can drop before declaring a blocked flue shutdown.
In the 2.06 software, this was fixed at 25 percent; therefore,
if this were set to 50 percent, the stove would be less likely
to enter the lean burn recovery mode, while maintaining the
same sentitivity to have a blocked flue shutdown. If recovery
mode is entered, the LB fan adjustment and LB feed adjustment
values are applied just as the trim pot values are.

Example is from 115 software but I have looked at 120 download

Refresher for those new or havent been in Bixcheck much. My memory has failed but here is a tip.

When you have Bixcheck Monitor open and maybe a Fuel Table open you can click the Help Button in the Monitor and then Click a button ie the LB Threshold % I show in this screenshot for a brief help description.

To dial stove in properly will require a bit of time but will reward well. I haven't hooked laptop to stove for a few seasons now but can only explain a bit of process I used. It may not work for you.

Run stove for a few days, let it get somewhat dirty, not filthy, then it's ready to adjust.

Turn off the LBR(Lean Burn Recovery) This is important because how can you adjust a stove if the stove is adjusting on it's own while you are trying to adjust it.

Pick a level and leave it there. Look at knobs and correlate - and + these are required to get your first changes in the ballpark with the Fuel Table. You have to adjust numbers. Put knobs on 0,0 and start adjusting the number on the setting in the table. When everything is set properly and ash dump is set correct then you can move to another level.

The reason for setting the Fuel/Air tables correct with knobs 0,0 is so if you do change supply of fuel and stove isn't quite right you only have to make a small adjustment to 1 knob. Chance of success is much greater.

When everything is set in your config and working correctly turn the LBR back on and adjust but set it to your config and liking so the stove can compensate a bit.

Oh well enough rambling.
