A day or so and I have an inch of ash. I ran it for a full week and it was about 3 inches tall. My exhaust and feed are at 0 & 0. I tried playing with the knobs I reduced the exhaust to -3 and the fire went out within 15 minutes. I would love to try another type of pellets but my in-laws thought they would be nice and have 3 ton delivered to us. Sooooo... I am stuck with what I have and need to make do. Thanks in advance for your help!

I am new to this as well.."Welcome" I still have not bought a ton of pellets yet trying to figure out what works best..That was nice of the inlaws..I could take a Ton from you LOL..Im still dialing mine in to..So I feel your fustration..! GOOD LUCK..

Ok, so plans for tomorrow. I am going to replace the feeder wheel gasket, clean the stove thoroughly, and replace the ingniters . Then I plan to follow the instructions on the Wiki to "dial in" the stove. A final set of questions before I start tomorrow. Everyone makes mention how the fire looks in the burn pot. How do I know what a correct fire looks like and how does everyone determine if the burn pot is overflowing? Are there any reference photos out there?

I hope everyone had a wonderful Turkey day and thank you for your support so far!
