OK, FIRST THANKS FOR HELP FROM BLUME AND CORNY FOR YOUR INPUT ALSO.
WE HAVE THE BIXBY 115
WE SET THE DIALS ON THE STOVE TO SUGGESTION FROM YOU BLUME, IT HAS BEEN DUMPING AND NOT GOING OUT.
IS THE FAN SETTINGS ON THE STOVE DIFFERENT FROM THE LAPTOP SETTINGS?
DOES THE FAN AUTOMATICALLY CHANGE WHEN YOU CHANGE HEAT SETTINGS.
THE FAN ON THE STOVE IS FOR EXHAUST RIGHT?
THERE IS ONLY ONE FAN ADJUSTMENT ON THE LAPTOP.
WE NEED THE FAN THAT BLOWS INTO THE ROOM TO BLOW MORE I THINK. WE ARE NOT GETTING THE HEAT FROM THAT FAN AS WELL AS WE WERE.
AM I TOTALLY CONFUSEING YOU YET?

You are referring to the convection fan which is variable speed. Lowest is number one heat level and it ramps up to highest speed level at number six. Numbers 7 and 8 just increase feed rates.
Both the exh and convection fans will change as you change the heat settings 1 through 8. But the convection fan will be peaked out at number 6 as I said earlier.
Are you using a thermostat? This will change things automatically as the temp changes.

ok, i understand that, but is there a way to increase the convection fan to blow more heat out.? no we are not useing a thermostate.

Rona is correct. The fan trim pot controls the exhaust fan. The convection fan is governed by the thermocuple reading. You can use the computer to change how the exhaust fan responds to the thermocouple. It is explained here, but it's not all that intuitive.

If you tell us your present settings (on your Bixcheck Fuel table), and tell us what you want to accomplish (e.g., faster speed at lower temperatures?), then we can advise you what to set them at. Personally, I like a high fan speed to move the heat, so my settings presently are:
TC for 25% fan: 10
TC for 100% fan: 140

This means that for a thermocouple (TC) reading of 10, my fan will run at 25% rated speed. By the time the TC reaches a reading of 140, the fan is running at max.

Does this help?

Here are my fuel settings for corn. The red lines show the convection fan control settings.
Fuel A dat.JPG

EDIT: Hmm, that didn't work too well. I'll try to make it larger.

if i can fan speed on l1 will it change the heat speed for the fan to blow more into the room.
right now 1l is set at 70 if i change that to higher number, will it change to blow more heat into the room.

To increase convection fan speed at low heat levels:

- From Bixcheck Monitor, click on Fuel A data (if you're burning corn) or Fuel B data (if wood pellets)

- In the field next to the "TC for 25% fan" button, decrease the number to 10, then click on the button. The number field should temperarily go yellow, then back to white once the stove acknowledges the new value.

- Do likewise for the "TC for 100% fan" button, except decrease that number to 140.

If you're running at a low heat level, you'll hear the convection fan pick up speed right away.
