SON TO DEALER WHERE WE BOUGHT IT WAS SO AWESOME, CAME OVER FRIDAY NIGHT WITH BEARINGS, HUBBY AND I WITH HIS GUIDANCE, TOOK STOVE APART, AND WHEN HE GOT HERE, THEY REPLACED THE BEARINGS AND PUT STOVE BK TOGETHER. WHEN WE TRIED TO START IT, WE GOT BLINKING 127 LIGHTS. WOULD NOT LITE. INDICATION OF IGNITER BOARD BAD, SO, NOW WE ARE IN DELIMA OF WHAT TO DO. OUR DEALER DOESN'T HAVE ONE, THIS SITE. BIGBYSTOVEPARTS DOES HAVE ONE, BUT I AM ALMOST AFRAID TO ORDER ONE FROM THEM. ARE THEY LIGIT, I CERTAINLY DON'T WANT TO BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY. IS IT PART OF BIXBY? DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS? I GOT EMAIL BK FROM THEM TELLING ME THAT AFTER I SEND THE OTHER BOARD BK THE NET PRICE WOULD BE CHEAPER THAN PRICE THERE, BUT WILL THEY REINBURSE ME. IS THERE A GUARANTEE IT IS LIGIT OR A NEW BOARD. I AM JUST FRUSTRATED. OR BLUME, WOULD YOU HAVE ONE IF WE DECIDE TO FIX THIS? I HAVE YOUR NUMBER, JUST CURIOUS? AND THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GOOD ? TO PUT HERE, IN CASE ANYONE ELSE RUNS INTO PROBLEMS AND NEEDS TO ORDER PARTS SOME OF YOUR GUYS MIGHT NOT HAVE.

Grk, good on you for getting the convection fan going. I'm wondering, though, if you really need a new igniter board. A lot of wires need to be removed in order to replace the convection fan. Could it be that a wire hasn't been installed correctly? Have you gone through the igniter board tests documented in the link below?
