Nice to hear from you and to learn that you are still burning. Your excellent video is still referenced in the WIKI here: forum.iburncorn.com/wiki/index.php/Bixby#User_Videos .

The WIKI also links to some threads that provide suppliers and product numbers of feedwheel gasket material. The material that I purchased from McMaster Carr in 2008 was inexpensive and is still holding up, although I haven't burned as many pellets, which are harder on gaskets than corn.

Here is the WIKI link to the gasket threads: forum.iburncorn.com/wiki/index.php/BixbyFAQ#Feeder_Wheel_Gasket .

Wishing you success.

Thanks Corny. Yep, still going strong with the Bixby. It is pretty much our sole heat source all winter... We do have a few electric baseboard heaters in the back of the house that kick on when we get below 15ish degrees outside. The only thing I've had to do is replace the convection fan bearings once, they probably should be replaced again now too. This stove really is amazing. I only clean her every 8-10 weeks during the heating season and notice only a small difference in temp output with a clean stove vs. very dirty one so I don't feel bad waiting so long between cleanings. Hope all is well with you and everyone else on the forum . Blume has sent me a note that he has the replacement gasket for me, thanks again!!

I changed some time ago to a loop gasket and it has worked well.
