Woke up this am to my convection fan going from slow to high and the top of stove was warm to the touch went back to high so i returned to bed when my wife got up she said stove was shut down--she cleaned it out but did not remember if any lights if any were on am wondering about possible cause and if i should fire ir back up? thanks

Had a spare fan with new bearings by chance replaced the fan started back up bu did the same thing in 2 hours removed side panels fan started up and ran for another 5 hours then stopped put a box fan where filter was on low fan has run now for 12 hours but pot overfills very strange!!

there is a high temp cutout in fans that is not replacable, have to replace complete fan,
fan would not have anything to do with burn, make sure you didn't move trim pot adj and that feed wheel is not raised

I have a complete new fan that i bought from dealer cost 230 dollars that is in now was installed this weekend!
