Anyone have any tips for cleaning out the heat exchanger tubes on the 5775? I purchased the brushes, but can't get them to go beyond the first bend. Maybe that's normal, but I doubt they'd be 3' long if that was the case.

On another note, if someone could post a pic of the auger motor that would be great. I think someone replaced mine, because it doesn't seem to fit quite right with the metal "stopper". It does work though, it just can rock back and forth.

Hi,

Check the old forum for some cleaning tips...

If you have the standard brush, you really need to push it around the elbow. You should be able to run the brush all the way through the heat exchanger tubes.

I can't seem to find any pictures of my auger. I'm not quite sure what you mean by "doesn't quite fit", but it is supposed to be somewhat loose to allow some flexibility and to prevent jams.
