YooperSlim and Nogas are both of you running with the pellet conversion kit from LDJ?? If so I wonder if the air injected in the auger side is causing this problem?

Yea, I too have the pellet kit. Up to now, no problems. Love the way it was burning. I started back up with 50/50 mix and burning better than ever. I hate to shut her down, but we are pushing 50 degrees tonight (after a day and a half of freezing rain) and the days are up in the mid to upper 40's this week, so only the stove will be buning. I wish it would stay cold and snow, and then have an early spring.

I can't get my 100k boiler to burn worth a crap this year I've tried corn alone like the first 3 years, then tried adding cherry pits, now I'm on corn pellets mix
burns to bottom of pot but the fire box is full of none burnt fuel Styrofoam looking pot red hot only burned 24 hours since cleaning tubes can't seem to keep top holes in pot clear keep plugging up then i'm all done

I used to get that styrofoam looking stuff with corn only in my old LDJ furnace. Do you have real long extened burn times? I had to add a second timer so in high fire mode, it would give the burn pot a time to rest and cool, which would cause the clinker to pull away from the sides and allow a better burn.
