Most are just a bolt on flange,I think I saw them at Home Depot. Or just try eBay doing a search for rv gate valve. Look at eBay item # 230726957275
If your going to give someone a piece of your mind, make sure you can live with what you have left.

If you are cheap like me the 3"pvc method works great...

You might want to put a couple of self taping screws thru that boot before you tighten up the band aroud it. Will help keep from pushing off. Nothing worse than the mess from a disconect with a bin full of fuel.
