You may also try a bottle brush and shine the chute up. I also use a squirt of powderd graphite in pellet hopper every few bags. Just alittle will do for the bearing pellets and chute. Maybe a direct squirt in chute after cleaning will help. Also are your pellets exceptionally long like more than an inch? Long pellets may get crossways in a rough chute and of course they won't tumble. I'll bet shinning the chute will correct the problem.

Just a small update, talked to Bruce at Sparta coop, what a great guy. He told me that the stove was not getting enough air, so I removed the room fan and backed out the adjuster. A lot more heat blue bottom and yellow tops on the flames. We will see what happens, stay tuned.

I have had that problem in my 7100, one problem was dust and fines in the pellets, the bushing near the motor will jam with sawdust. I had to screen the pellets. Also just a little corn mixed in with wood pellets will help everything move easier. 10 to 20 percent corn works great for me

An update, after having problems burning pellets, I finally figured it out, I now use both the internal and external fans. I wired the fans that I could shut one done if necessary, I have about 30 ft of exhaust pipe and found that the new external fan could not handle it. Now for a month I have run pellets about a ton with no problems. It works great.

Glad your doing good rgerek. That's alot of pipe. If it gets cold part way up, it could get alittle heavy. Had that problem burning wood in large 35 ft. chimney

From the collar that is bolted to the auger shoot, the auger can move about an inch in and out (towards the shoot and away from the shoot.) I didn't think that it should be able to move that far. I have a call into Nesco they have called back yet.

Yes, that amount of travel is common. My 2100 and my buddies 4100 both have had that slop since day one. I would not worry about that.

Glad you solved the problem !
You can pour syrup on poop, but that don't make it pancakes.
