It is greatly appreciated. I feel like I have a million questions to ask. I am spending some time today looking for answers to the ones already posted so I can avoid being FNG.

tfg... I just went back and re-read the thread you posted. I'm such a doofus. I forgot that I did set mine at 3/16 and YOURS is at 7/32. You know what they say, "the mind is the first thing to go". (but honestly I think it's second)

Command_z, I definitely am not having a flame with blue at the bottom.

Tfg, I checked for my screw last night and am not trying to figure out how to get to it. I am realizing that I am bigger than the opening available to get back to that back panel.

I know I need to do something. I am running my feed rate at 4 and having a hard time keeping the fan on. I have to keep the fan knob pointed at the greatest the 3 o'clock position and even then it doesn't always stay running.

tfg,

I managed to get my opening big enough to fit in or I'm actually carrying through with a new year's resolution and losing weight. Looks like it is stuck. WD-40 is ready to go.

If it wasn't for questions we would be awfully bored around here.

As far as that adjuster screw goes... I went out and bought the cheapest hex socket I could get. I stuck on the bolt and left it on there. Now when I want to adjust it I attach my 12" extension bar to the socket and it is much easier to deal with. It gets everything out past the blower motor where I can see and reach it better.

I don't believe there is a gap right now.

I knew that but didn't want make you cry The max pellets I can feed is 5.7# an hour and I doubt you can do that. You probaly can get by with less air than the 4100. When my lazy goes away I may turn mine down 1/4 turn

When I have mine set at 5.7 I need to have the fan at the 2 o'clock position or it won't run constantly.
