Well, I think you will get to this one before I do. Where does one get this fuse?
The dealer has to order them, will be here Thursday. I can not find them any where.

Thought about that, just would have to set it at 100 degrees to keep from relighting it all the time. Of course we could save on LP and Fuel Oil!

One thing I did realize, now we have just about every type of heating fuel available to us! I still say the best we had was the ad on wood burner we first had when we bought the house. But that was a lot of work. I also have a 300watt igniter on order so that should last a little longer I hope.

If you had battery back-up, it would run for 6 hrs, and remember that 300 watt igniter is just for pellets. And i have to agree with the wood burner add on, as i had one too, when i lived in the country. If i had a healthy back, and access to wood, i would still be burning it.

Last fall I installed the new burn pot that is supposed to help with igniter burnout. I have burned out two so far. The last one survived only 3 months and was replaced with the 90 day warranty.

The new igniter is the lower watt version just for pellets.

With a stove that restarts every few hours what did Quad expect to happen?

Did you have a tech install the new fuel tables to go along with that igniter?

I installed igniter. I had new tables installed about a year ago. However, I am guessing they were lost when I changed elevation setting. Changing the elevation is the only way I can get stove out of quiet mode at times. I usually have to do that once a day. It seems like a lot a trouble for a $4,000 unit.
