Quad Mt vernon AE Any fix to this yet? Can't seem to get answer from my dealer. I am looking for a solution. Am I the only one?

Still no solution as far as i know. Just in the way the motor is designed, when running on lower settings. Don't think they plan on addressing the issue either. Annoys me too.

It seems some other owners don't have the tick. I wonder Whats the difference?

Good question. I would be asking them what is different. I know when i first got my stove, it didn't tic. It took a few months before it started.

Only good thing is you know when you hit ssmed.. If you can call that a good thing.

Yep

I have the tick on mine, but only on the L setting. I can tell its on low just by walking past the room, don't even need to look at the screen. They also told me there was nothing they could do about it.

Our AE use to tick like crazy. This year it does not tick ! But I like it.
