I'd would appreciate that. The wire from the control box to the auger has power. Just checked it. And with 110v power directly from a plug, the auger works fine. I'll send it out tomorrow. Oh, I need your address. thanks so much for your help. Guess I should find another dealer.

Are you sure there is no red call light? It might be blown too. The capacitor i have been talking about can be fixed with a capacitor jumper. Only costs about 12.00. And have you tried jumping the vac switch?

No lights at all, other than the blue. We've jumped every switch and snap disc. While looking carefully at my stove, I now see that the last owner replaced the auger with one that worked but is not the original type as it is only able to be held in with one bolt. The other holes do not line up. So they hard wired the plug and it has two white wires, one black and one red. However, I was going to say that mine does not have a capacitor but I found an earlier post you had with someone else and you said the capacitor was in the junction box, or likely. Ours is a 2000 so I'll get the jumper and see if that makes the difference. Again, many thanks.
