Wondering too if there is anything wrong with the new auger assy. Is the optical sensor plugged in correctly?

Can you explain your cleaning process to us? Have you cleaned behind the intake baffle? I have seen buildup behind it cause this problem. Is there a screen on you exhaust cap?
