I would be putting my boot upside the dealer and telling them to take the unit back or fix it if they had any kind of return policy. Most every business will stand behind something they sell for at least 30 to 45 days. The consumer has a right to believe that what is sold will work unless advised of before sale.MN has a lemon law.
