I have a low feed rate and ordered replacement parts for the auger system. One of the parts is called "auger washer". Ive had my auger out a couple weeks ago when I replaced the auger motor. I did not have a "washer" anywhere. Its a 2001 model. Consists of the auger motor attached to the auger shaft ..going though the flanged bushing at the bottom. I know top of the auger slides into a bushing too, but it did not come out when i pulled the auger shaft out. My questions is where is this "washer" suppose to be located?? If anyone has pictures or can explain where this washer is suppose to go I would appreciate it. I couldnt find anything on google search. I bought this stove new and know it has never been apart before so it has never had this "washer".

The washer goes on the bottom end of the auger shaft, between auger flytes and motor coupling.

Hope you got all your feed problems fixed. I have an Auburn and using corn I've never had feed rate problems. Pellets on the other hand don't feed as well.
