SCF 050 has recurrent auger jam problem. I have had the auger out at least 10 times this winter. I can only get 12 to 30 hours of burn time before it jams again. I have replaced the auger motor twice, the auger mounting plate and both bushings. The local dealer has no idea what is causing this and wants me to haul the stove in for service. I burn pellets and have tried two different brands.
The auger has no visible damage, and both bushings have anti-seize on them. Does anyone have an ideas?

Cant imagine what else there could be that would cause a jam. Ive never had a problem with the brand of pellet. The bushings you said you replace multiple times, were they worn or have nicks on them. I wonder is you dont have a bent auger??? I had auger troubles this year but it was as simple as jam but I had to remove the auger to fix it. If you bought the SF-50 NEW is it still under warranty, maybe you can get you a new one altogether as maybe you got a lemon. Good luck
