What model of stove/furnace? Have you called USSC?

Been gone for quite a while, but...

I have a 6039 with the old board and I don't like the US Stove parts prices either. They still list the parts.

I'm burning pellets without an agitator and have to pull a piece of 'cake' out of the pot several times a day.

I might have found a source...

scroll down the page. I need to check dimensions/rotation/rpm unless someone knows.

So... I didn't buy the motor in the above post.

Christmas morning my auger motor died.

I ordered motors from Grainger. I used # 1LNF7 for the auger, # 1NGG8 for the agitiator, and also replaced the low limit snap disc # 6UED5.

The savings over buying from USSC was $56 and shipping was under $11.

The only thing everyone should be aware of is the shafts on the Dayton replacement motors were so hard I couldn't even get a cobalt drill bit to touch them. I ended up tapping the holes in the couplings and using set screws. The holes are already perfectly sized for 8-32 screws. A little blue loctite to secure them and I was in business.

Another issue I found with the stove was the silicone hose on the barb to the firebox had cracked. USSC wanted $23/foot for the hose. I found that NAPA hose kit H471 which sold for just over $9 did the trick, and there is enough to replace it twice.

Hope this helps someone else.
