This style stove pushes combustion air through the burn pot/fuel (positive draft), easy to leak smoke into your house. The majority of burners pull air through (negative draft).

Amaizablaze gives you a choice of positive or negative draft, I have the latter and know there are many out. If you want to burn pellets it's mandatory. I have a smoke detector above mine and can't remember what it sounds like. The stoves are excellent and seldom malfunction, Hence there popularity It's always nice to have a choice don't you think?
