I have a Dansons PelPro 120. Recently it just stopped supplying heat. I had not made any recent adjustments so that's not the problem. I had it cleaned out, replaced the convection and combustion fans, brushed the liner and put on a door gasket with no luck at all.
HELP!

Welcome to the forum, ern.

I'm not familiar with your stove, but perhaps it would help if you could provide a bit more information. Could you describe your flame, your fuel, heat setting, and your exhaust configuration? Are you running on a thermostat? What do you mean by "no heat"? How strong is the convection air blowing into the room? Is the air warm or cold? Ditto for the exhaust air blowing out. If there is flame, there has to be heat going somewhere.

Can you also describe the room configuration? If in an uninsulated basement, those concrete walls can suck a lot of heat when the outdoor temperature drops.

In it's simple form.
I had a 4 to 6 inch bright yellow flame giving of pleanty of heat. With no changes it just stoped throwing heat all on it's own. The flame stayed the same as it was but the heat output changed.
It is a pellet stove and I am burning hard wood pellets. The stove is in my living room and is vented with one 90 degree elbo into a sst liner that goes up my chminey.

Are you running on a thermostat? No
What do you mean by "no heat"? Very little heat
How strong is the convection air blowing into the room? Brand new blower.
Is the air warm or cold. warm

The stove was running fine, blowing hot air and then it just stopped. I put in a new convection fan and a new combustion fan and did a cleaning with no luck.

Ern, if I understand correctly, you have good flame (hence generating lots of heat) and that your stove is blowing plenty of convection air that isn't as hot as it used to be when operating under seemingly the same conditions. The heat has to be going somewhere. I'm wondering if it is going straight out the exhaust. Could it be that an air path is blocked inside your stove in a way that prevents exhaust from circulating around the heat exchanger?

You won’t believe this.
I wasn’t keeping enough fuel in the hopper. I was vacuuming out the hopper every other bag. I filled the hopper to the top and now it’s running fine. This morning the hopper was almost out and the temperature in the house was 66 degrees. I filled it to the top and the temperature shot up to 69 degrees. I also gave the heat exchanging rods a good cleaning.
Last night it was 16 degrees outside and 69 in the house.
I am verry happy.

Thank you for your time.

It started losing heat again with a lazy flame. It ended up that a clogged ash trap was the problem.

Yup, some stoves come with small hoppers and small ash drawers. Gives new meaning to the words in our national anthem: "We stand on guard for thee!"
