I have a Dansons PelPro.
After I turn on the stove and it runs for a while I have a “lazy” flame. Then the combustion fan kicks in and the flame goes into a hotter state, smaller, whiter and hotter.
Lately I have to open the door and then close it again for this process to start.
I imagine it must be a switch that is causing the problem. I just don’t know what switch.

These are the switches:

Vacuum
Low Limit
High Limit
Igniter

Thanks

Ernie

Hi Ernie. I don't know about Pelpro, but I have a theory. Opening the door produces a better fire so it is the air flow that is lacking. The High switch should be the one that sets the upper temp limit, thus calling for heat...which it is not getting. I would start there and check that switch. If the High and low switches are the same parts, just switch them and see if the stove produces heat.

Hi it may help you to check the vacuum lines. I just experienced a similar issue only to find that the ends of the tubing was brittle and cracked. I cut them back and the problem went away.
