I was just messing around and decided to track the various temps of the 3 pellets I use most often. Don't really think it means much, but here it is. Measured 2" from front of stove.

You can pour syrup on poop, but that don't make it pancakes.

Thanks tfg. I don't know why but my original pict is back and complete. I think this thread has gremlins.
