Six years old, not a self cleaning unit but works great, when we started burning corn it was $1.75 per bushel it's done nothing but go up. So we started burning pellets still cheaper than LP, however we went to GEO-THERMAL 3 years. I would take $600.00, OBO. It is a great stove and is located just South of Iowa City, Iowa.
