There's other things going on but here is the basics.

Fuel Setting:
The higher the number the faster the feedrate for each Heat Level
Also the higher the number it "Decreases" the auto dump time (longer between cycles).

#10 is the fastest feedrate you can get with the longest time between cleanings. If the pot overflows due to too fast of an auger rate or the ash build up gets to high, simply move down a level. This will slow the auger down and clean the pot sooner.

As stated above there is some other things going but hopefully this will help.

Corn/pellet mix you can try #8. If it floods out move down to 7 and if it does fine and you want more heat yet try #9.


Factory Support

Your dealer mentioned that the pipe manufacturer noticed in one of the pictures that possibly one of the screws was penetrating the inner layer of the piping. Did you check that out yet?
