The stove was headed out the door when i came back from the sugarbush this afternoon going to order a new hudson river kinderhook stopped at the computer to check low and behold corny left a post about tc pulled the putty off and the tc out just for the hell of it fired it up and its been running great evercinse!! Thank you VERY much corny!! you just saved me 3grand!!

checked jumper wire and snap coupler then thermocoupler as per wiki and all connections when should fan slow down after first lighting up? shes on full tilt when it starts

now we have a new twist i start the stove on4 then after 11 min.lights 3@5 come on and the stove slowly goes out with no dump so i tried starting it on 2 the same thing with the fan going wild even on 2 and 3@5 lights thing is really getting to me!!

went back turned both knobs to 0 started stove on 4 when it lit the fan went to turbo blast like it was on 8 lasted a few minutes then shut down

Well in addition to the problems with the convection fan now stove shuts down randomly with 2@3 lights cleaned whole stove including pipe started up and all 5 lights that i set it on are flashing slowly put a fan in the filter hole and it ran all nite but shut down this a.m. as much as i dread the thought it might be time for a new stove as whatever i do this one refuses to behave and im tired of electric space heaters for heat and still below freezing here!!

Blume how do i go about getting new bearings from you for the other fan that i took out? cant figure out how my wife pm d you

I have a complete new fan that i bought from dealer cost 230 dollars that is in now was installed this weekend!

Had a spare fan with new bearings by chance replaced the fan started back up bu did the same thing in 2 hours removed side panels fan started up and ran for another 5 hours then stopped put a box fan where filter was on low fan has run now for 12 hours but pot overfills very strange!!

Woke up this am to my convection fan going from slow to high and the top of stove was warm to the touch went back to high so i returned to bed when my wife got up she said stove was shut down--she cleaned it out but did not remember if any lights if any were on am wondering about possible cause and if i should fire ir back up? thanks
