Been running Somerset in my 110 no problem, very consistent pellet length , needed that with the smaller holes in the feed wheel. Not one jam so far. Stove hasn't missed a lick all season.

Could be your mounting bolts are sheered off. I would remove the wheel it's self and then try to wiggle the motor shaft around to see if the bolts have broken. The Wiki has some good information on this.

Not to different than you Tundra +2 exhaust -1 feed. First time really burning pellets in the 110 , running good. Cleaned the stove yesterday @ the 23rd day running since the last cleaning. Not dirty just thought it was time.

I have a 110 and it will burn wheat well. Rye, Buckwheat, hulless oats also. Right now I have lowered myself and am burning pellets. Surprised by this as I have the old style feed wheel and programming . running like a champ.

Would you buy?

I would check the thermocouple as how far it is inserted into the exhaust chamber, looks like the recommendation is 1" . My guess if it is not in far enough that might cause the 2-3 lights.

How long does it take for the mountain to form? What are your FR and EF settings? Sounds like you have to much exhaust fan.

I only burn corn so not much help with the pellets but either bump the FR up .5 or lower the EF .5 might do the trick. Do not adjust both, one or the other.

A quart or two per 5 gallon works when needed for me. The make-up of this years corn no wood pellets needed.

I would replace the ash draw gasket. I picked generic rope gasket at one of the big box stores , use the high temp red RTV silicone to attach it in place. This is better than the stuff they used on the later stoves.

With the convection fan you probably have bad bearings, I know when you spin the fan it's free but is a small bearing and that's a big fan hub. Need to pull the motor apart and check , usually its the inner bearing where the weight is at thats bad, replace it or re-lube it , if you re-lube place that bearing on the opposite end where there is less of a load.

I didn't catch if you are cleaning your pellets,( under the influence of too much egg nog) dirty fuel = more build up on the burn plates and under the feed wheel.

With corn I have found that my stove trim is 0-0 most of the time. When the weather is warm like it is now I adjust the FR only say a -1 or 2 but the EF stays at 0. If the weather is cold like single digits and need more heat output feed rate goes to a plus 3-4 but the EF stays at 0. Of course different exhaust set up from one stove to another your results may differ.
Never had corn that could not be burnt in this stove.
If you burn pellets be careful of pellet length, because of the smaller feed wheel holes in the 110 you will get jamming of the feed wheel at times.
Good to have another 110 stove owner on board the 115 guys have us out numbered..

At times I have added a quart or so of pellets per 5 gallon bucket of corn and have had good results with softening the clinker. Found that is easer than adjusting the trim knobs. Looks like this years corm will burn good with out pellet addition. I use the horse bedding pellets as they seam to be shorter in length, a plus with the smaller holes in the feed wheel on the 110's

Go into the Wiki and it talks about strange light combinations when the stove is hooked up to a thermostat or if the jumper at that connection has a issue of some sort. Sounds like the problem maybe.
