Parts shouldn't be a big problem. The augers and firepots are really the only parts manufactured by Nesco. I have a metal fabricator here in town that will make anything that is needed. Of course, makeing large enough quantities to make fabrication economical is probably the issue. I am working on some new ideas in exhaust venting that might be available by summer if summer ever arrives.
Also the door and/or glass may be hard to come by. Bruce, Are you well stocked with parts?

Wow... that was fast. I guess it comes down to 1 masher every three weeks or a new mesh applied after every clinker. Decisions decisions. You are running a really hot fire. Hotter than I expected.
Or your mashers are better than my mashers

I have a 800 watt inverter, a deep cell battery and I have only used once in 8 years, knock on wood. It won't ignite the stove, but it will run it well, motors seem to run just a little slower, you can hear a lower pitch in them. My stove only requires 400 watts to run.
I require the same watts Nogas and have a 750 watt inverter. Made a mistake by buying big auto battery for power instead of deep cycle. Has not been a problem since I've never used it.

67 bags in Feb/13 compared to 65 Feb/12 and 2012 was leap year. It seemed cold and windy this Feb

What you are saying makes sense to me. Sorry they didn't work out for you. I just had an idea. Using a masher as a template, drive nails/screws into a piece of wood. Place the nails in the tips of the masher. You can take your heavy wire and wrap it around the nails and make your own masher that will last longer.
Oh, they work, just not at the highest temps. I'll be using them when temps mellow alittle like today.

You could also use a 1/4' x 6' pipe nipple to run wire through to aid in bending and save your hands Better yet you could make enough for both of us
