I have a 2100 cleaned it for the summer and then turned it on. And ext. fan did not run. Pulled the vent of from outside looked in there was a crome push in plug in the fan blade.Removed it with a wire now it runs. Called dealer i bought it from he said did not need it.
I'm not buying that.Pulled stove and took off back cover but not sure were it goes. You guys have any ideas??

I have a pinnical emerald stove i put in the 4100 burn pot helped a bunch with removing clinkers. My problem is its not burning corn competely its like a black
ball of corn building up until after a while it plugs the discharge shute.
The corn is 12% had it checked twice. The stove is clean exaust is clean!
I did bend the tab on the burn pot back to open it up more for more air.
Could to much air cause my problem? I have bin trying to burn all winter
Can't get over a couple days with out a problem.P.S This is a direct vent system
About ready to throw in the towel...

what should they run for temp mine is 82 deg. going threw the wall.

Just want to say thanks for all the help!!
stove is a pinnacle Emerald mixed corn with 25% pellets worked fine but had a
lot more ash laying around. So took a sample of corn and had checked. It was
13.8 so then i looked at the window wash air adjustment and it was wide open
lowered it to about a third open and now the corn seems to be burning fine.

New to burning corn bought 30 bushel of corn from elevator when i try to burn
it i get clumps of black corn that fills up burn pot. Like it is not burning the corn down to ashes. And also it looks like the corn is steaming when it burns.
So i think it is to wet. My question is could i mix some pellets with it to get it to burn right. Or is it junk?
