I don't think there's a better stove on the market. American energy's been around for 30 plus years. I have stoves that been working for ten years aready. Biggest problem is when the customer doesn't clean his stove. go to American energy, or Magnumheat, and read about them.

Less pipe the better. For every 90, or tee it's like adding 5 feet of pipe. All of the stoves thst I installed I just ran the pipe straight thru the wall, and put a weather cap on the end. When you run the pipe thru the wall make sure you use a wall thimble to keep the combustibles away. Always bring fresh air into your stove, and make sure your stove is CLEAN! If you have any quesytions about the stove the factory has a great web site that will answer all your questions (American Energy.com, or Magnumheat.com). raugeson

Yes they should, because I serviced stoves that were sold in my area from other dealers. I just figured it was smart bussiness sense, because if I took care of a owner of the stove it could lead to more sales. The factory honors the warranty, not the retailer.
