It burned for 3 weeks first -- then we cleaned it: took it apart and soaked it in water & chipped the pieces off -- after that it started clunking the day after we cleaned it!! So after 3 days of that we took it apart again and it was really built up already...that was last night so we'll see how long it takes this time---

We have a Country Flame Harvester HR-01 and we are burning just pellets this year for about a month now -- then after cleaning, the burn pot built up with chunks so the stir rod and pot clunked quite often...would it help to drill more holes in the bottom of the pot since it builds up where there are no holes? Or is there something to add to keep this from happening???

Is there any difference or benefit in using plastic barrels or metal barrels for storing corn in a garage. We have been using metal but have access to some plastic ones. Just wondering.
