So far I've cleaned and bagged 9 ton of sunflowers with it yesterday we switched over and cleaned and bagged 3 ton of oats set up to do another 3 ton of oats. Waiting for some new screens to come before i can clean corn. I have a couple of organic farmers going to bring their seed to be cleaned.

Replacing our little MB2 clipper cleaner with a larger Crippen H-442 should ramp up our cleaning capacity just a little bit.

Emerald 3000 it's a positive flow. Rye and wheat burn like corn it will clinker in the pot just a little bit softer clinker than corn.

I'm burning rye in mine now works great I can run as low a 3/4-1 on feed setting where corn the lowest I could run was 1 1/2
. I have also burned wheat in my Pinicale

Or you can try Grainger i have a pinnacle 3000 also and had to replace the burner fan had one in about 2 days.

I did make a few leaf pellets and they where very easy to make good luck if you ever have any ? just ask im only a phone call or e-mail away.

We have a farmer about 1 1/2 hrs away that has been producing grass pellets in his area for local use with no binders i did get a bag from him to use. I have also produced some grass pellets myself but have stuck with my sunflower cleanings and other residue from other grain cleanings and corn stover pellets.I will need to build a larger mill to handle the amount of material i have stock piled.But it for mu own use.

We have a local group trying to put together a local company to produce grass pellets off of olod unused farm land.
