I have a USSC 6039 and inside the hearth area there is a peice of pipe stuck inside to sense the air flow on the left side near the agitator shaft . When I clean my stove out I use my shop vac and suck the junk out of that opening and all the rest of the ash out of the stove This has been working for 4 season and I never did more then that since new.
Hope this helps

Hi That sound great you found a store that list info and Graingers is a great place. If the person that you get can't help have then get tech support involved to help. You can go to Graingers .com and look at their catalog on line.To have an Idea and some numbers on what your talking about. Is the blower 110 vac or dc voltage the blowers I get for my stove are 110 vac and max rpm is 3000 RPM I think they're`320 or 375 CFM they never run Max rpms as a rule.
don't know about your stove hope you find what you need
80016176 is a manufatures part number graingers number are A short item number like
32AS6. But they should be able to help locals store are not open on the weekends in Michigan. But try the 800 number you get on line to talk to a real Person

Hi Krissy and welcome to the forum
I found that premixing the corn in large trash can you get a better mix the trying to mix in the hopper I would dump in a 5 gal bucket of corn an 1/2 bucket of pellets and then mix up in trash can with a feed scoop and so on and so on untll trash can was full and then that way you get a little better mix and then I transfer it back to 5 gal buckets and transfer to the stove I have a USSC 6039 so you are only talking 40 to 60 Lbs of mix per day or less depending on the temps
and 2 --6 oz cans of oster shell per load spread between the layers of corn pellet mix and this would take care os the clinkers
from the thumb of mich I have an asst of auger and agitator motors on hand and some other parts for Ussc Stoves I'm not a dealer I have spare parts on hand to help out other stove owners in the area when there stove breaks

I clean my USSC 6039 Every other day or two and I have 1/2 that ash . I use any were from 3/4 of a bag to a full bag a day depending on outside temps .Every pellet run and manufacture has different amount of ash it leaves in the stove. Pro pellets has been the best for me I'm burning Indeck and I hate them a lot of ash they stink and they don't seem to give the heat. I use only my pellet stove to heat our 1000 sg ft ranch home with full basement witha feul oil stove back up
hope I've been of some help

pellet is the norm but they are cheaper this year. My Ussc stove likes a 70 percent corn to 30 percent pellet mix . The elevator's corn is 12 to 14 percent mositure at times and all the adjusting on the stove to make it burn right you really have to burn 300 to 500 lbs to dial the stove in most you can't just dump it in and it performs and you don'tget a great burn and ton's of heat with out playing with the stove. This holds ture on cherry pits or soy beans or any thing else you might try some guys are burning wheat I tried it and most went ot the stack
good luck on your adventure burning
I've been storing my corn and corn mix in trash can I bought for 11.00 ea at Walmarts. They seal tight you can move them when full and mix in. I keep one in the back entry and use a 5 gal Bucket to transfer to stove and to can and it keeps the critters out

Hi My stove is set @ 2.5 on h-1 and 6 on H-9
and I'm burning straight pellets this yr my glass stays a nice grey brown and has good heat On our sub zero days a few weeks ago 4 would keep our 1000 sg ft house70 degrees If your burning pellets all brand are not good pellets some don't give you good BTU"S of heat as others do. The amount of ash in your stove means alot I shut my stove down and clean it completly out. Every other day with a shop vac. I talked to a guy last weekend that didn't know you were suppose to clean out behind the 2 little doors on the back or the empty the chimmey clean out every couple of days . Ive found on sub zero days heat what you need to heat and close any unnesscary doors and rooms off.

Do you happen to have a name and number. Are these bagged or do you have to bring your own containers. Some one up there you had to take your own containers to haul them in

I tried 20 to 40 percent wheat to corn or pellets I figured anything under 20 percent wasn't worth the bother if trying to mix up. I had so much wheat flying around it wasn't really burnt it was more scorched and was laying inside the stove or went out the stack
