I have a 7100 with the sparta kit in my basement, I really like a warm basement it makes the whole house easy to heat. Don't forget when burning indoor air there is a chance of messing up the natural draft of other fires in the basement like a water heater.

Hello from SW michigan, I really enjoy tinkering on my 7100, currently burning cherry pit-pellet mix.
the nesco area of this forum is an awesome source of info.

Those pics look a little off to me, is the exhaust hooked up to the inside pipe? and i believe on this kit you should remove the motor with fan and leave the outer fan housing for fresh air to still pass threw. the plate just covers were the motor and fan came from.

I have had that problem in my 7100, one problem was dust and fines in the pellets, the bushing near the motor will jam with sawdust. I had to screen the pellets. Also just a little corn mixed in with wood pellets will help everything move easier. 10 to 20 percent corn works great for me

Are Dovetec and Amaizablaze parts the same? If so Sparta co-op has a great system

I have heard someone say they make the auger motor in 1,2,or 3 RPMs. This may be an easier route to deliver more fuel.

I bought the one from Sparta for my 7100. The pros are because it's in the basement it requires two elbows and Nescos pipe in a pipe system would be a nightmare. I don't like the idea of Nescos electric motor outside in the weather and its a lot cheaper both in purchase price and long term maintenance. The only con I see is that its now burning inside air, but I have a fix for that i will be doing this summer.

Congradulations on getting your 7100. The space in your auger flighting is the corn only auger. The pellet auger has solid flighting. Most jamming problems come from dust and fines in the bushing at the base, powder graphite helps keep it lube up.

I bought a used 7100 with the same problem. My local dealer had the part shiped directly to me. It cost about 150 dollars. A word of caution my secondary heat exchanger box had holes in the bottom as well.
