Highlight copy and paste to a text file then you can change the test size for printing.
or.....
For the feed rate setting on a 4 button control panel: To lower the lowest set point HR1, the default is 2pph. Push the lower button on the HR and at the same time push the bottom button on the AUX. You can push the AUX down button until you achieve the lowest feed rate on HR1 that you want.
If you want it higher just push the AUX UP (after pushing BOTH HR and AUX down buttons at the same time). Same with changing the HR9, push both the UP button on the HR and the up button on the AUX. Then push UP or DOWN on the AUX to change it. After making any change you MUST push the ON button for the setting to take place.
Changing either one of these settings changes all HR feed rates in-between them, the control board makes a proportional change.
I have my stove set at 1.5pph HR1 and 5pph HR9. So here the rates.
HR1 1.5pph
HR2 1.9375
HR3 2.375
HR4 2.8125
HR5 3.25
HR6 3.6875
HR7 4.125
HR8 4.5625
HR9 5
If you have it set at 2pph HR1 and 5pph HR9 this is what you'd get
HR1 2pph
HR2 2.375
HR3 2.75
HR4 3.125
HR5 3.5
HR6 3.875
HR7 4.25
HR8 4.625
HR9 5

Dodged a bullet last night. Got down to 33* last night. Planted my tomatoes last weekend. Hopefully they survive. Lost two to transplanting already.

1/2 way there. My tomato plants are about 10" tall now and I finally had good enough weather to get the gardens cleaned out and tilled. The new Mantis tiller works great. Wish I had bought it years ago. Got my big tiller for sale on Craigslist now. 3 more weeks and the plants can go in the ground. Now I have to get the compost tilled in. Happy gardening everyone.

I took a closet size room (5X6ish) and turned it into a plant starting room. Now I can close the door and keep the plant eating cat out I put a small humidifier and small electric heater in there to keep it warm and moist. Hung two 4ft florescent grow lights on chain so I can easily adjust the height. Seems to be working great so far. My tomatoes and cukes are already popping out of the starter soil in the peat pots Gonna start some dill and pumpkin plants too...

Even if corn DOES come down it can't match the cost of NG. Maybe propane, electric, and fuel oil burners can still benefit But not NG burners. My NG bill for march was $90 in a poorly insulated drafty old house. Corn would have been $150 at the current price. When I bought my stove in "06" corn was cheap and I wasn't working so that made it worth while but the past couple years not so much.
I won't miss the hualing, xfering, and dusty/ashey mess.....

Well note quite time for the garden yet but I did get 17 tomato plants started under my grow lights. Cutting back a little this year instead of 35 tomato plants. Gotta save room for pumpkins this year. I just ordered one of those Mantis mini tillers. The big one is too hard to handle in my raised beds (4x16)

Blue,
You can get up to a $500 tax credit on insulation and $200 on windows.

Not sure if that helps at all. Just curious as to what kind of savings your having with the new furnace? Obviously it is substantial to have given away your stove. I have a 2 stage 95% efficient Lennox. I have my stove in the basement to supplement. I don't really look at cost a whole lot, I look at how I can insulate better. Not going to change the price of commodities. I think during the coldest part of winter I paid 140 for NG (if I remember right it didn't get above 30 for about 2 weeks) and have only burnt around half a ton of pellets this year.
4 dollar a gallon gas and 7 dollar a bushel corn, pretty soon none of us will be able to afford anything.
I will probably put in a few windows this year. The most I paid for gas this season was $150. With the old furnace it would have gone as high as $300. I put in a 95% efficient Rheem with a stainless steel heat exchanger.

I'll still be hanging out here. I might pick up one of those US Stove window mount units just to play around with. I had a new two stage high efficiency furnace installed last fall and NG is the cheapest way to go these days. Now if I could only get some new windows and insulation......

Does it "try" to run in the stove? Can you see it move or jerk a lttle? Sounds like a sheared pin to me. It may seem OK wired direct until you put a load on it then it will slip by the sheared pin.
