This is my second season burning corn in the m250. And I am doing a little troubleshooting, I can get more details, but my quick question is - How do you reset the firestar controller? ie. I want the default air and auger speeds as when I got it. I think I may had inadvertently changed some of the settings and I would like to go back to default.

Problem I am troubleshooting : I have the water temp set to 187 but it never reaches that temp, it does kick into medium and high settings but never hits the mark it stays around 177? My logic would say, if I am not hitting the temp I will work on 'High' until I reach it.

I did the check of the firebox temp by holding down the up and down arrows it hits upwards of 1000 degrees after 10 minutes on medium.

Please let me know your thoughts.
