No info or idea is stupid! What's stupid is having a supply of pellets and a cold snap here with snow and frozen rain all over my blooming tulips and no way of turning my baby on!
I may have luck but it's not so good...she's not starting again for nothing. Manual switch and all settings look good.
I started to light her and she just went dead.
She's on a good battery backup system and I've also plugged her directly into a good working surge protected outlet but nuttin' honey!
No lights no nothing. Is there any way of checking the control panel and all the elements when she won't come to life?
Maybe I can just disconnect the whole control panel and send it to someone who can check it out and hopefully fix it?

Having used her successfully a few days prior, I turned on my manual country baby and she started up then just died.
I bought it from a member on the old site (new old stock) around 2007 and there are no dealers here.
I read posts about a AES fireplace insert having some sort of snap disks but I don't know what that is or if the baby has such. I read in the manual about some safety auto shut off things but I haven't a clue how to check them. Also about some fuse that may need replacing.
With her not turning on at all, I have no idea what to look for or how to test anything. I do own some sort of circuit tester stuff, but obviously don't know much about it!
Can anyone direct me on what and how to check her out?
