When was the last time you cleaned the stove and exhaust pipe? And do these problems coincide with putting the off brand fan in? Did you ever check and see if the fan had the same power as a Quad fan? IF the blades are too close to the motor, you may be loosing pulling power. Try jumping the two vac switch fans together and see if it will run on med. or high.

Could be a number of things. Blockage in drop chute, dirty vac switch hose, or the nipple on drop tube it hooks to. Try jumping the vac switch wires together to see if it starts working. We'll go from there. Kap

Even though the weather isn't, i am. Cleaned the Sante Fe today, and plugged the exhaust. Still have the AE for backup if need be, but natural gas is cheaper to burn then pellets. Have been burning both all winter as i still like the fire, and the heat from it. Hope you all have a great summer. Kap

When the thermocouple senses 200*, the green light comes on. When it senses 600*, the red light comes on. The igniter comes on when the thermostat calls for heat. It is timed and stays on for only so long. Kap

If you are running on low, the light can flash on and off with temp changes in the firepot, from running on low. Other option is the firepot thermocouple could be on its way out. Door seal would not affect any of this. Kap

Fastest cycle time for auto clean is on utility pellet setting 1.2hrs. on high. Wheat is second fastest at 1.8hrs. on high. If you have the wall control with high altitude settings, you might try that as it has more air in air/fuel mixture. Might help blow some of the ash out of pot. Just remember, you are out of warranty, so you are on your own, and always watch stove when experimenting with different fuels and settings. An overflowing pot, can cause a hopper fire, thus a house fire. Kap
