Thanks but it wouldn't have happened if I didn't build on the work of others that have posted here before me.

I'll try this again. Not sure if I can upload more than one picture at a time but the whole key to this is the bottom two 4 X 6 reducers I ordered from Lowes. At the very bottom the green 6" drain pipe (PVC) houses a ball I bought at IParty as a ball and chain...how appropriate.
When the shop vac turns on it gets sucked up to create the vacuum that fills the middle "storage" pipe(2' of 6" PVC drain). As the timer shuts off, the ball drops and releases the pellets to the hopper. The filler would also work great with corn due to the consistant size. The way I have it figured, I'm probably into this for about $300.00 as you need a 6.5 hp shop vac to make the transfer work. Sure beats running the oil though if we go away for a weekend.

I hope I did this right.
Please forgive the unfinished install. I'm thinking of securing the whole thing better with unistrut.

Hi All,
I want to thank you for your posts on this. It inspired me to build an automatic filler for my PB 150. Now if I only had bulk pellet delivery I'd be all set.
I took some of your ideas and other posts I ready (thanks Bluewolf), and set the corn vac up on a timer so that it draws in about a half a bag of pellets once the timer shuts off, the pellets drop directly into the hopper. It's a beautiful thing. No longer does my wife have to fill the hopper when I'm away.
Next on the list is to build a bulk bin so I can push the process past the two days that my drum will hold.
