This is my second year of burning pellets, first year it worked great, this year I'm having a problem with burner auger doesn,t seem to keep up with the upper auger, the sight glass is full and I hear the burner auger binding as it is turning. Contancted my dealer, not very helpful had me adjust the augers, it has gotten better but still not right. What do when this happens is start the clean-out process which takes about 1/2hour, then it will work fine for about 4 hours depending on what mode it is in, then it jams again and I do the clean-out process again and it is good for about 4 more hours. Any ideas how to solve? Thanks
