I installed the upgrade kit in my LDJ 165 and am planning on burning 100% pellets. I didn't know about plugging the bottom set of holes in the burner pot.
Nick what did you use to plug the holes in your pot?

I just talked to LDJ last week and ordered the conversion for the furnace. He told me that the bin auger motor is changed from a 4 rpm to a 3 rpm. The pot auger does not change.

This chart may be close to what you are looking for. It can be used with current wood pellet and corn prices.

After looking at this chart myself, I'm going to try wood pellet this winter for the first time.

I've been burning 100% corn in my 620-10 for the past 5 years with great success, but would like to try 100% wood pellets this winter. If I use high quality wood pellets will it work without doing a conversion?
