Anyone had this before? It cleans when you restart the machine...but once in operational mode.......doesn't happen. Has to be some sort of switch somewhere.

I believe this is a 07 model. Manual ignite. I have burnt a wood pellet/corn mix in this unit since it was new and has worked great. Have to sell it because my new job requires me to gone for long periods of time and would only get use out of it on the weekends.
