It does have a filter in Back. Inside the side panel it gives date of manufacture, but no model info. It was manufactured in December 2005. Serial number 5212.

If you have 2.71 software change the LB Threshold % to 100 and the LB Fan adjustment to 0 and the LB feed adjustment to 0. Then take your time, like 2 months and slowly adjust it a little bit at a time with your trim knobs and you will eventually get it set right. It takes time, and you will get to know it inside and out, but you will eventually get it. Just be patient and make minor adjustments and do not gibve up. I have had my computer hooked up to mine for 3 months know, and it took me 2 1/2 months to get it set up right, but I very patient and my wife wanted to throw it away, but I stayed calm throughout, and know she loves it.

Has anyone played with the ash dump heat level in the 2.71 software? I was thinking about putting it on 0. This will make it dump on the heat level it is on rather than heating up or cooling down to the factory setting of 4. Anyone tried this? Did it make a difference on jamming? And if anyone knows how does lowering the heat level help with jamming issues? Thanks to anyone who is willing to tackle this one!!!

I got 2 and 3 to stop blinking by putting going into 2.71 software
LB Threshhold% to 100 and LB Fan and Feed adjustment both at 0. Worked for me.

Does anyone have any thoughts on ash dump target percentage. i was jamming, and I thought the clinker was getting too big. So I lowered the ash dump percentage. I currently have it on 75%. I have not had any jams with it on that setting. Does it really matter what I have it set on other than it dumps more often?

I had that problem too. I looked at the burn pot and the clinker cutter was not lined up with the hole. It was about 1/8 to 1/4 inch off.
So what was happening is when it went to drop the clinker the bottom hole of the cutter did not match up with the hole of the burn pot, thus not allowing the clinker to fall. Then the clinker would have to wait a whole cylce more to try to drop, and it would get too big and hard to come cut and then jam.
So you need to take off the left side panel and adjust your dump arm. The arm is connected to the motor. take out the ellen screw on top and then loosen the lock nut and then turn the threaded end of the adjustment rod to line up the holes. It is really an easy fix. And just incase you did not know when clearing a jam just push in on the bar on the back side of the dump motor to loosen the cutter plate. Push in on the bar and reach around the stove into the door with your other arm and pull the clinker cutter back towards you.
Hope this helps it fixed my problem

Have model 115. 2.71, corn. Burns fine just getting all lights blinking when burning on 6, 7, or 8. It only takes a minute or two for it to start blinking all the lights. I have checked the j6 wire, the jumper where thermostat is fine. (no thermostat used). I can burn it on light 1-5 and not have any issues, but can't go past that. Anybody have an idea?
