this year ive had my pellet hopper catch on fire three times as in smoldering and smoking up the house. is there a cause for this when i opened it up it wasnt backed up in hopper or ramp??? did twice with corn once so far with pellets.and once i start a fire do i need pellets to continue running in the small hopper or can i light and go just with corn

there is some sort of green stuff plugging my burn pot holes. i had to take it out and drill the green stuff out. any ideas what might cause it? st croix revolution buring 100 % corn

need more info like is it feeding any pellets do u have a fire are u burning pellets or corn and what settings are u running vent pipe etc. if pellets alone are not feeding it couild be a auger motor or something jammed in it but any how more info or pics would help

yes u can open the door and take a look. just dont leave open to long or ur unit will shut down.

is it best in or out of pipe? better to ground to the ground or water pipe? and does it matter how thinck or thin the wire is?

my rev is hooked to my furnance i was wonder if people have backdraft dampers on the furnace and the rev or just one or the other.

what do u guys consinder best. damper on furnace and corn furnace or one or the other. i have my st croix tied into my oil furnace.

doubt its ur igniter try bypassing ur pof sensor by jumping it! its more than likley that?
